Below, you’ll find our concise terms and conditions outlining the requirements for entry into our open call for Dogs of Weserhalle: Calendar 2025. Please read these carefully before submitting your entry.
1. Open to all dogs, multiple entries allowed. Selected dogs must be available in Berlin between September and October for a photoshoot (exact dates to be confirmed).
2. All participants will receive notification regarding the competition results through the email address provided, during the second week of September.
3. Online entries must be submitted in as high-resolution before the set deadline with a non-refundable €5 fee.
4. Participants grant Weserhalle unrestricted rights to use submitted photos for promotional purposes.
5. Photos selected will reflect diversity among dog breeds, sizes, and personalities. No additional prizes apart from being featured in the calendar.
6. Entries breaching rules, containing offensive content, or deemed inappropriate will be disqualified.
7. Personal data will be used solely for contest purposes and kept confidential in adherence to data protection regulations.
8. Terms and conditions subject to change at any time. By entering, participants agree to rules, terms, and conditions.
9. Any disputes will be handled legally according to jurisdiction’s provisions.
10. Early-bird calendars available for pick-up/delivery by November 20th, 2024.
