Egor Lovki (*1997, Russia): In his playful pictorial worlds, Egor Lovki deals with current personal and social themes in his playful imagery. With sensitivity and humour, he approaches stories that exude hope and optimism instead of drama and pathos. The protagonists of his pictorial worlds – animals or unidentifiable serve as inclusive figures of identification and challenge social hierarchies and outdated value systems in a playful way. He studied painting at Universität für angewandte Kunst Wien.
