The works “room survey no. 24” and “room survey no. 25” are part of an ongoing series which deals with the reflection of oneself in the home during lockdown. Certain aspects of the home acquire meaning and become symbols for longing whilst being stuck in a space.


Lars Unkenholz, born in 1997 in Ratingen, is currently studying painting/ fine arts at the Kunsthochschule Berlin Weißensee. His work is based on the inner space and the exterior, comprised in his paintings and video-works.
