Shanee Roe (*1996, USA): Combining lurid sexuality and abstraction with a skillful expressionist style, Shanee Roe plainly – and, at times, humorously – depicts the less romantic side of coitus. Since graduating from the Academy of Fine Arts, Leipzig, Roe has exhibited at art spaces including Galerija reflektor (Užice, Serbia), Kleindienst Gallery (Leipzig) and Galerie Die Schone (Vienna).
