Lewis Baxter, (1995, United Kingdom) studied Fine Art at London Metropolitan University. The artwork “Bourne” layers gestural approaches to create depth, while leaving gaps between overlapping modes of drawing. The compositions combine traditional sensations of depth and scale, alongside two-dimensional doodles and interventions that expose the process of image-making. The artist recently exhibited at Vivienne Roberts Projects, London.
