For this year’s edition, we are incredibly excited to be bringing the Berlin-based artist Emil Urbanek, featuring a selection of their latest works. Born in 2000, Urbanek has been studying art since 2019 at UdK (Berlin University of the Arts) in the class of Prof. Thomas Zipp. As an emerging voice in the contemporary scene, Urbanek’s practice focuses heavily on the “examination of being.” Through their creations, they are able to capture curious and obscure moments of intimacy that resonate deeply with the viewer.
We are excited to present a solo booth with Georg Haberler at this years SPARK Art Fair. SPARK Art Fair Vienna advocates for a new art fair concept, addressing the challenges of the art market. Based on a strong trust in art and the role of the galleries in the primary art market, SPARK Art Fair Vienna is the only international art fair focusing exclusively on solo presentations.
