Bettina Weiß (1970, Germany) studied Fine Arts at the Berlin University of the Arts. In her work, she explores the geometry of ornaments and their relationship to nature. In ever new combinations, she develops pictorial spaces with geometric shapes such as squares, triangles and circles. The artwork “Blobb” shows circles that could represent moving molecules or celestial bodies and refers to micro- and macrocosmic scales. The artist recently exhibited at Edward Cella Art & Architecture, Los Angeles, and at the Osan Art Museum, Korea.
