Lukas Liese, (1991, Germany) studied Fine Arts/Sculpture at Kunsthochschule Berlin Weißensee. Known for his use of stone to create a dynamic interplay between material and concept, Liese combines traditional stone-carving techniques with digital tools and chemical processes. In On Route/Michelangelostraße, he etches digital imagery into marble, exploring social and cultural themes. The artist recently exhibited at Zilberman Gallery Berlin.
